Ms Lilian Segwagwe

Principal

Mrs. Lillian Segwagwe is the current Principal of Kanye Seventh Day College of Nursing as well as the secretary of the College Board.  Mrs. Segwagwe holds a Masters of Nursing Science Bachelor of Science Nursing, Diploma in General Nursing, Diploma in Midwifery. She started serving in 1979. She served as Enrolled Nurse, Staff Nurse, Lecturer, Head of Department, and Deputy Principal. She is an author of Attitudes of Teachers towards School Health, and Guidelines for Foot Care and Management of Ulcers in Adult Diabetic Patients. Currently, she is studying for her PhD in Nursing (Education).

Keene Hannes Kurusa

Dr. Kurusa is the current Chief Administration Officer 1/HR of Kanye Seventh Day College of Nursing as well as the secretary of Administrative Committee of the college.  Dr. Kurusa holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Atlantic International University in USA and a Master of Business Administration from Management College of Southern Africa. He also holds a Bachelor of Education from University Botswana, Diploma in Science Education from University of Botswana, Diploma in Auctioneering from South Africa College of Auctioneering, and Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser from Network Business Builders Institute in USA. He started serving in 1992. He served as Science teacher, Physics teacher, Applied Physics in Nursing lecturer, Staff Development Officer, Head of Department, Know About Business trainer, Deputy Education Director and Business Development Service provider. He is the author of Evaluate customer satisfaction and service delivery in Real Estate business in Botswana, of Climate Change Education in School Curriculum, and How Do I Become an Entrepreneur?, and What is Enterprise?

(ThD, DMin, PGDE) an ordained Minister of 30 years’ experience in the SDA Church, currently College Chaplain, overseeing the spiritual welfare of staff and students, also teaching a Religion course for Post-Basic Levels. He joined the KSDACON in 2014 from Solusi University, Zimbabwe, where he served as a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Theology.
